A Bath Salt That You Can Make

Bath salts are simple to make, soften the water, gently cleanses and adds valuable trace minerals to your bathwater. It is also great for aching muscles!


The Items Needed:

1/8 cup of White Clay

1/2 cup of Sea Salt

2 cups of Borax

Essential Oils of your choice


The Steps To Make Bath Salts:

Step 1

Combine the borax, salt and clay. Using a whisk mix together and add essential oils. Add enough of the essential oil in that it is twice as strong as you would like your bath scented. At this point the salt itself will smell strong.


Step2

Cover the mix with a dry cloth and allow to dry. This will take several hours. Once the salt is dry you can place into a glass jar or bottle.


When Your Ready To Use Your Bath Salt:

Add 4 to 6 Tablespoons to your bathwater and allow the salts to dissolve.
