Make a Healing Herb Seasoning Mix!


Herbs can be powerful healers!


Herbs are an important part in our pursuit of wellness and self-healing. Did you know that oregano you've always used in your tomato sauce has demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiparasitic and antiviral properties? What about turmeric, my goodness, read the studies on Turmeric! Ginger, Parsley, Rosemary, and Thyme all have a place in your pursuit.


Let's make a powerful, and tasty Healing Herb Mix Seasoning


Mix together well:

(Using organic, dried herbs)

1 cup Sea Salt or Himalayan salt

1/2 cup Parsley

2 tsp. Opinion powder

2 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Oregano

1tsp. Rosemary

1 tsp. Sage

1 tsp. Marjoram

1 tsp. Dried kelp


Place into a glass jar with a shaker top. Enjoy the taste and benefits in soups, eggs, salads and more!
