Black Bean Brownies

Healthier Brownies
1 1/2 cup cooked and drained Black Beans (or 1 15 oz. can, drained and rinsed)
2 TBs Coco Powder
1/2 cup Quick Ots
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tp baking powder (aluminum free)
1/2 to 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 f.
Combine all ingredients except Chocolate Chips. Blend until smooth in a food processesor
Stir in the Chocolate Chips and pour ingredients into a greased 8x8 pan.
(Optional) Sprinkle top with Chocolate Chips
Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to completly cool before serving.
