Blueberry Sauce

Antioxidant Rich

  • 1 Cup fresh Blueberries

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 2 Tbls Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tabls Kuzu

  • Dash of Sea Salt

  • Dash of Cinnamon (if you like)

  1. Dissolve kuzu in 2 Tbls of water

  2. Add to rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and gently simmer until thick and translucent.

  3. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or crepes
