Blueberry Sauce
Antioxidant Rich
1 Cup fresh Blueberries
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tbls Maple Syrup
1 Tabls Kuzu
Dash of Sea Salt
Dash of Cinnamon (if you like)
Dissolve kuzu in 2 Tbls of water
Add to rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and gently simmer until thick and translucent.
Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or crepes
