Bone Broth Avocado Soup
Serves 2
Good source of the heart healthy fat, oleic acid that may help lower cardiovascular inflammation.
4 cups Bone Broth
1 can full fat Coconut Milk
2 Avocados, pitted and peeled
4 cloves of crushed Garlic
1 - 2 Tsp. of grated Ginger
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth. I use this one almost everyday!

You can place into a pan and warm or enjoy cool
