Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cranberries
Serves 4
Quick and Easy
4 slices of nitrate free Bacon
4 cups of Brussels Sprouts,1 halved
1 cup of whole Cranberries
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
1 TSP organic kelp
1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked
Step 1
Fry the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.
Step 2
Add Brussels Sprouts, Cranberries, Onion, Vinegar and Kelp powder to a skillet. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the bacon pieces and the chopped almonds when served.
