Cabbage: Simply Sauteed With Tomatoes and Onions

A simple sauteed cabbage

  • 1/2 head of Cabbage cut into 1/8s

  • 2 fresh Tomatoes cut into quarters or smaller if desired

  • 1/4 of an Onion chopped

  • 1 Tsp Bacon Fat (Nitrate free of course) *

  • Sea Salt and fresh Ground Pepper, to taste



*Bacon fat can be substitued with avacodo oil or fractionated coconut oil

Step 1

Place fat into a frying pan and warm


Step 2

Simply place cabbage chunks and onion into pan. Add seasoning, cover and sautee for about 10 minutes on low/medium heat


Step 3

Place tomatoe wedges in with cabbage and onion. Turn heat down, cover and sautee for an additional 10 minutes


Serve and enjoy
