Chia Seeds Breakfast

Wholesome Easy Breakfast
1 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
3 1/2 cups unsweeted Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground Cardamom
1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Step 1
Combine all ingreients except chai seeds, into a pot. Mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes while stirring.
Step 2
Spoon mixture into 4 glass jars or glass bowls. Allow to cool and place into fridge for at lease 6 hours.
Step 3
Top with fresh fruit of your choice. You could also add some freshly grated coconut! And, a wee bit of honey if you must.
