Chocolate Chip Cookies (Can be Keto)

1 cup finely ground almond flour
2-4 Tbsp. chocolate chips or sugar free chocolate chips
(Optional, you can add 1/4 cup of broken walnuts or almonds)
2 Tbsp. powdered xylitol ,erythritol, or stevia equivalent
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tsp milk of your choice
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Add dry ingredients. Stir very well to mix and break up any clumps.
Add wet ingredients, stirring with a fork until it all comes together.
Shape into balls, place onto a cookie sheet and flatten a bit to form cookie shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy
