Cranberry Horseradish Relis
A nice relish served with meats or used with celery sticks
8 Whole fresh Cranberries (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions, all parts
3 Tbl warm Honey
1 Tbl prepared Horseradish
2 Tbl currants, chopped raisins or dried cranberries
2 Tbl sour cream or yogurt
Step 1
Chop the cranberries until they are finely minced or put them into a food processor and pulse about 5-10 times. Transfere into a small mixing bowl
Step 2
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Let rewst for about 15 minutes before serving.
