Crunchy Wholesome Breakfast
3 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup slivered Almonds
1/2 shredded Coconut
1/4 cup oil (olive, coconut, avocado, walnut)
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Raisins or dried cranberries
Step One
Preheat over to 250F
Step Two
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, what germ seeds and nuts. Add oil and stir until well mixed. Add coconut and apple juice a little at a time mix until crumbly. (you don't add the raisins until the end)
Step Three
Brush a large, shallow baking dish with oil and pour mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool, add the raisins and store in sealed glass jars.
Serve with milk or yogart
