Our bodies were made to move. Exercise has many positive health benefits. It supports cardiovascular health, strengthens bone and muscle, helps relieve stress, improves mental health and can support your detox system. Movement in our joints help keep them lubricated and healthy.  Do what you can and when you can, do more.

Dance.  Exercise.  Go for a walk.  Do Yoga.  Jump on a re-bounder.  Do Tai Chi or other martial art. Stretch.  Work-Out with weights.  Ride a bike.  Play a sport  Swim  Do some pushups.  Do some Pilates.  We have lots of choices!
